Police personnel are to carry their pistols on them at all times, with the required coverings hanging from their belts, according to a directive from the DIG East given to the Police Control Room.
The city's senior superintendents of police (SSPs) have also been instructed to make sure that police officers from their districts abide by the snap-checking code of conduct.
It's crucial to remember that displaying your arms or stopping someone with a gun while conducting a checkup spreads anxiety. Children are greatly affected by it, especially those with weak hearts.
