A Pakistani Army trooper died in Afghanistan fighting militants.

RAWALPINDI:

An Afghan terrorist was shot and killed by a Pakistani Army soldier on Sunday, according to a statement from the Inter-Services Public Relations.

ISPR:

According to the ISPR, "terrorists from within Afghanistan crossed the international boundary and opened fire on a military installation in North Waziristan District."

The propaganda wing of the military stated that the Pakistani military replied appropriately. Nevertheless, during the altercation, 32-year-old Assistant Lance Daffadar Waqar Ali hugged Shahadat. Waqar lived in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Swabi's Chota Lahore.

The ISPR reaffirmed in its statement that Pakistan has repeatedly asked Afghanistan to provide proper border control.

It emphasised that the nation vehemently opposes terrorists' exploitation of Afghan land for attacks against Pakistan.

Statement:

According to the statement, "Pakistan Army is dedicated to eradicate the threat of terrorism and such sacrifices of our brave warriors further enhance our determination."
