I apologise for having judged Paris Hilton, Meghan Markle says.

In the sixth instalment of the Archetypes podcast, "Breaking Down the Bimbo," Meghan Markle talked about her ordeal with TV personality Paris Hilton.

Judgement:

The Duchess of Sussex has admitted in the most recent episode of the Spotify podcast that when she was younger, she felt "judgement" and "envy" for Paris Hilton since she was always the "clever one" and not the "beautiful one."

Meghan Remarked:

"You heard me mention how anxious I was for this episode at the beginning. While I'm ashamed to admit it, I had a judgement about Paris, and I don't enjoy having judgement. This made me uneasy. Not feeling well."

But I had to be honest about that since she was gorgeous, wealthy, and well-known when I was a child, she said. What is there that could be wrong with her life? I would assume.

I managed to project all of my criticism and envy onto her since my entire feeling of self-confidence was based on being the clever one rather than the gorgeous one. Judgement and envy may both be extremely destructive, according to Markle.

Apologised:

"I was humiliated to confess that I held either of those thoughts," stated Lilibet's mother. She afterwards apologised to her audience for having judged her. I didn't know her."
