After Imran khan arrest warrant had been issued for comments made against judges and officials, PTI employees gathered in Banigala.

Following the issuance of an arrest warrant for Imran Khan in connection with his contentious comments made against Additional District and Sessions Judge (ADSJ) Zeba Chaudhry and other officials during an August 20 public event, PTI supporters gathered at the former prime minister and PTI chairman's Banigala mansion in Islamabad on Saturday.

Top Civil Judge Rana Mujahid Rahim issued the outstanding warrant, which was dated September 30.

After then, the Islamabad police released a statement outlining the warrant's justifications, claiming that it was a "legitimate procedure."

The case against Imran was transferred to a sessions court, according to the police, but the PTI leader did not receive his release there because the Islamabad High Court dismissed terror-related charges from a case filed against him over his statements.

The arrest order was issued, according to the police, to assure his appearance because he allegedly skipped the previous court hearing on the topic as well.

Imran had vowed to file proceedings against the inspector general and deputy inspector general of police in Islamabad in his speech on August 20 and had stated: "We won't spare you."

In addition, the former premier expressed displeasure with ADSJ Chaudhry for approving Shehbaz Gill's two-day physical remand at the capital police's request and advised her to "prepare herself as action will be done against her."

The magistrate had stated that Imran's statement had caused the country, the judiciary, and the police to feel uneasy. "Terrorism has expanded, harming the nation's tranquilly," he had warned.

An "exemplary penalty" and legal action against Imran were also demanded in the FIR.

Later, the FIR was amended to include Sections 186 (offence of impeding a public servant while doing their official duties), 188 (disobedience to an order properly issued by a public servant), 504 (criminal intimidation), and 506 (penalty for criminal intimidation) of the Pakistan Penal Code.

Umar warns against attempt to arrest Imran

Asad Umar, the secretary general of the PTI, cautioned against Imran being arrested and said that anyone who attempted to do so would "regret it." The former deputy speaker of the National Assembly, Qasim Suri, issued this warning: "Imported government and puppets keep in mind that the public response to any type of superfluous campaign would be too great to tolerate. Better stay below the red line in your time."

The arrest warrant, according to PTI Vice President Fawad Chaudhry, was a "needless move."

Murad Saeed, the PTI leader, stated that a prisoner van had arrived at Imran Khan Chowk in a video message from Banigala. He urged party members to go to the party chairman's house in Islamabad, stating that Imran was the PTI's "red line."

"We will turn Islamabad into a jail for you by tomorrow morning if they try to cross the red line and invade Banigala. "The arrest order was discovered hours after Imran submitted an affidavit in a contempt case against him to the Islamabad High Court, admitting that his criticism of Chaudhry "may have exceeded a boundary" and that he was prepared to apologies to her "if she received the idea" that he had done so.

The document was requested by the court at a hearing on September 22, when Imran promised to apologies to Chaudhry after the PTI leader criticized him for allowing Shehbaz Gill's physical remand in a sedition case. Imran was spared from prosecution because to his promise to apologies.

Imran stated in his affidavit that he "realised throughout these (contempt) hearings before the honourable court that he could have crossed a red line when giving [a] public address on August 20, 2022." But, he continued, "there was no purpose behind the comment to take any action other than legal action," and he never intended to scare Judge Chaudhry.

He stated that he wanted to give the IHC the assurance that he was prepared to explain and make clear to Judge Chaudhry that "neither he nor his party seeks/sought any action" against her and that he was prepared to apologise to her "if she got the impression that the deponent (Imran) had crossed a line."
